Delivery options
- Simply decide the delivery option that best suits your business.
- Traditional classroom delivery, conducted from the convenience of your office, over the course of a full day; or
- Virtual classroom delivery (using the secure Microsoft Teams platform), available over two half days or a full day.
Whichever delivery option you choose, your facilitator guides students during every step of the Programme.
How do I schedule a Programme?

The Programme is conducted on request (for 5 or more students), at a date and time convenient to your business.
Simply decide your preferred date (and delivery option) and we'll look after the details.
Is the Programme formally recognised?
- Yes. Australasian Life Underwriting and Claims Association (ALUCA) formally recognise this Programme as an appropriate provider of Medical Terminology. Graduates of the Programme are recognised by ALUCA in two ways:
- Under ALUCA's CPLI framework, the Programme attracts 1 accreditation point; and
- Under ALUCA's CPD (for an accredited member of ALUCA), as a full day course, the Programme attracts 7 CPD points.
What is the Programme duration?
- It’s an intensive programme easily structured over the course of a full day (or 2 half days for virtual classroom) at a convenient time to your business. Start & finish times are scheduled to suit with a recommendation for a minimum duration, for example:
- 8.00am - 4.30pm, or
- 8.30am - 5.00pm, or
- 9.00am - 5.30pm.
What is the Investment?
- Training is conducted from your office (or via virtual classroom) and includes workbook, all course material and certificate for an investment of $495 per student. Group discounts apply when booking a single session for more than 5 students:
- - 6-10 students (10% discount)
- - 11 or more students (20% discount).
- For the interactive activities to run smoothly, a minimum 5 students is recommended per session.

What recognition do students receive?
In addition to ALUCA's formal recognition, students successfully completing the Programme receive a certificate formally recognising their completion of the Programme.
Are there Programme prerequisites?
A desire to learn and an ability to join in the interactive nature of the Programme!
